Cheese: Le Delice de bourgogne, Cheese lincet

I always get the same few cheeses, and the other day I went out and grabbed a random one, and I LOVE it. It’s really soft and creamy but has a full round taste with a slight sharpness in the end. It doesn’t smell harsh after a few days like a lot of other soft cheeses. It’s a brie which surprised me, as I generally don’t like brie that much. The rind is really soft, like it’s part of the cheese. I’m definitely keeping this as one of the cheeses I’m going to buy on a regular basis.
