Modan Artisanal Ramen…

My friend and I went out for a bite to eat, noodles and chicken wings, followed by a coconut ice cream macaron with matcha shell.

The broths in this restaurant are always so deep in flavours and the noodles, chewy with the bounce still in there. The service is fast, the people are polite, it’s a small place with black boards on the walls that has whimsical chalk drawings.  It serves beautiful food from a small menu. A fantastic place for a low maintenance quick dinner. When I leave, its right by my favorite supermarket in the area which has a butchers, so I can buy what I need for the next meal.
